Kramer Elias featured with members of the bench as part of “Comparative Civil Procedure” CLE
Kramer Elias partner Theodora Stringham was recently featured as part of the Fairfax Bar Association’s “Comparative Civil Procedure” CLE panel. The panel included Judge David Oblon of the Fairfax Circuit Court, Judge Hiram E. Puig-Lugo (Ret.) of the McCammon Group, and D. Margeaux Thomas of the Thomas Law Office, PLC, focusing on examining key differences between Virginia and District of Columbia law. Judge Oblon and Judge Puig-Lugo provided helpful tips for practitioners from the perspective of the bench.
Ms. Stringham currently serves as General Counsel for the Board of Directors for the Fairfax Bar Association, the largest local bar association in Virginia.
